DScaler for Windows x64

I've taken an experimental stab at the DScaler driver for Windows x64 support. Incidentally, the driver should work on Itanium too, but as these don't come by often, I didn't have any chance to test.

Consider this driver experimental, it seems to work for most users, but it may make your system instable.
Please note that the driver will only be loaded on starting DScaler, restoring the original driver files should thus fix instability introduced by this driver. Tested with DScaler 4.1.15.

Installation: Extract driver into your DScaler installation directory and overwrite any files. Make a backup of them first, though ;), in case it doesn't work.

Update (2007-11-18): the drivers are now digitally signed.
